• Messages are temporarily stored in a Cloud API for necessary transmissions and are deleted after 45 days.
• Customers can manage, update, or delete their Personal Data through the application account settings.
• Upon termination of service, all customer data, including contacts and conversations, will be deleted unless otherwise requested.
